We do have some options for you to consider, although there is not an exterior sealed light that also has a switch. The only truly sealed light is the Optronics LED RV Exterior Scene Light # UCL41CB which is completely waterproof and is an LED light (which have lifetime warranties). It is a simple 2-wire light with one power and one ground wire and you would be able to run wiring for a switch inside your trailer with this light.

The Angled LED RV Porch Light part # 328-007-48CBE is only available in clear. There is an option for the same light with an exterior switch for an additional way to turn it on or off with part # 328-007-48SCBE but no color variations.

I have a few options for you but unfortunately your RV information does not tell me what size exterior stove vent you need. I have listed out some of our options below, you will just need to compare them to the size you currently have to select the best one for you. All of the options are 10-1/2W x 3-3/4L Inch. It could probably be done but not as easily as campers with a laminated wall structure. Most RV Exterior ladders such the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder, # SP502L, will best support that type of siding. There is a backing needed for support with the type of structure your Coleman Lantern Travel Trailer has that is not needed for laminated walls. Since it sounds like your goal is to keep the profile of your RV to a minimum I recommend using the 14-1/2' Telesteps Telescopic Ladder # TE74FR because it collapses small enough to fit in outside storage or even a closet space inside your RV but still gets you the height you need to work on your RV.
